When survey data comes in, it can be tedious copying and pasting coordinates into your drilling sheets. With TM’s new generic table feature you can now open any Excel/CSV file, define the columns and import the data at the touch of a button.
Excel/CSV file to be imported
Opened in TM using Generic Table View
Highlight the data rows, right click and select “Set Data Rows”
Then select each column and Map it to a Coal Log column
Repeat for each column. You don’t have to map every column, just the hole name and the columns you want to compare/import.
Don’t worry, you can save the column mapping for next time!
Validate the data with your existing information. Differences are shown in red.
